Internal fork stop kit 1984 to present

Description

This internal fork stop kit can be used on all 1″ stem Harley Davidson with tapered bearings. The lower bearing race have built in a protuberance that will move into the corresponding slot of the disk plate that have to be screwed into the lower triple tree. Customer can choose to assemble the disc plate straight or tilted 180°, engaging the larger slot (wider steerring angle) or the narrower one. We suggest a high strenght loctite for coaxial assebly or drill a hole with a pin to avoid rotation of the bearing race into the frame oh the toughest steering stops.
It’s a bolt on on our compatible triple trees. Materials are Stainless steel for the disc plate and upper dust shield, while high strenght Carbon steel heat treated for the bearing race.
